At HIPP, we are dedicated to educating the human body in the Pilates Method and the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. We offer quality Private, Duet or small Group Pilates instruction on top of the line Pilates apparatus. We also offer a wide range of fun and challenging Group Matwork classes! All of our teachers have completed the rigorous training program with BASI Pilates® and continue to further their education. We teach in the style of Body Arts and Science International® (BASI Pilates®). All of our Instructors have completed their Pilates training through BASI Pilates®. Uniquely versatile, the world of BASI Pilates® approach can be adapted to the needs of a wide range of people, from those with limited mobility in rehabilitation, to the elite athlete.
The studio is conveniently located in the Kapahulu area of O‘ahu, near Waikiki. The studio provides a calming, private and nourishing environment where YOU can focus on YOU.
Equipped with top of the line Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Step Barrel), the studio was also the first in Hawai‘i to feature the innovative Avalon Arm Chair, designed by Pilates Master, Rael Isacowitz and top Pilates equipment manufacturer, Balanced Body.
